چکیده

Motivasi yang diberikan sebuah perusahaan memiliki tujuan untuk mendorong karyawannya bekerja mencapai pe- rusahaan tersebut. Karyawan dalam termotivasi memberikan hasil kinerja baik karena motivasi membuat seorang karyawan merasa dihargai. Disisi lain, moti- vasi positif bentuk apapun jika diterima dengan oleh akan menciptakan rasa setia dan loyal terhadap perusahaan. Menyadari pentingnya hal tersebut, penulis mencoba meneliti mengenai permasalahan terjadi diduga dipengaruhi kerja serta loyalitas di Hotel Novotel Tangerang khususnya pada departemen Food & Beverage Service Banquet Section. Penilitian dilakukan cara menyebarkan kuesioner beberapa wawancara kepada sumber informan Tangerang. Peneliti juga mengambil kutipan data pendukung dari literatur - relevan penelitian ini. Berdasarkan peenelitian variabel X berpengaruh Y.
